This notice explains how Alamo City Apostolic Church handles information through this website, including messages, browser storage and optional services.

Information you send us

The Connect form asks for your name, email address and message. The Bible Study form also asks for your phone number and preferred language. We use these details to receive and respond to your request.

Submitted records include the submission date and time, the page address, browser information and IP address. Messages are stored using Cloudflare D1 and notifications are sent to info@alamocityapostolic.org through Cloudflare Email Sending. Recovery backups can also contain saved messages.

Essential website features

Website hosting and security use Cloudflare. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam. This form verification remains available whether or not you allow optional analytics or external content.

While you complete a form, a draft is kept in your browser's session storage for that tab when storage is available. It is cleared after a successful submission and normally ends with that tab's browser session. Browser session-restoration features may retain it.

Your cookie and storage choices

Analytics and External content are optional and require your permission before they load. You can allow or reject these categories separately. Navigation and the contact forms remain available without allowing them.

When browser storage is available, your choices are remembered in local storage for 180 days. Use Cookie settings in the footer, or the button below, to change them. If your browser cannot save a choice, it applies to the current page and a notice explains the limitation. Clearing the browser's website storage also removes the remembered choice.

Optional analytics

If you allow Analytics, Google Analytics and StatCounter load to measure visits and page use. These services can use cookies and browser storage. Cookie names observed on this site include _ga, _ga_P61XRXPMME and sc_is_visitor_unique. Provider-controlled cookie names and durations can vary.

Optional external content

If you allow External content, pages can connect to Google Maps, Vimeo, Elfsight and ServantKeeper to display maps, videos, widgets and giving features. Those providers receive connection information when their content loads and can use their own cookies or storage. Their privacy practices apply to their services.

Giving is an external service provided by ServantKeeper. Our contact and Bible Study forms do not ask for payment card details. Links to other websites also take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Stored messages and privacy requests

The website currently has no automatic schedule for deleting stored form messages. To ask about access to a message, a correction or deletion, contact the church using the details below. Include enough information to identify your request.
